Vidyapati finds Krishna awake late at night and so asks her the reason. Krishna gets emotional and states that she was awake to experience every moment of her dream to become the Block Development Officer (BDO). Krishna is surprised on learning that her entire family was awake out of excitement. Next morning, Swati and Manisha get busy dressing up Krishna as she had to join office and take charge as the BDO. At that time, Krishna receives Pintu's call, who wishes her luck for her first day. Krishna comes to the BDO office along with Vidyapati and Chanchal. The watchman at the office fails to recognize Krishna and shouts at her for trying to go straight inside. He does not allow her to enter the office. He, however, gets surprised when he learns that Krishna was the newly-appointed Block Development Officer and was supposed to take charge on that day. Vidyapati gets elated when the other officers welcome Krishna with respect. He is elated to see the officers guide Krishna to her cabin and formally induct her as the BDO. Vidyapati and Chanchal get emotional when Krishna takes charge.
Krishna takes charge as the Block Development Officer (BDO). The media questions Krishna about her new strategies for the functioning of her department. Krishna states that action speaks louder than words and so she would not tell them about her strategies. Dihati and Pinky are furious as Krishna has taken the charge of BDO. Bihari tries to pacify the duo and states that Krishna would not be able to continue her job for long as the staff over there is terrible. Krishna asks the staff to introduce themselves as they have to work together. Bihari tells his family that the accountant, Chavani Chowbey at Krishna's office is a greedy person, who can be easily bribed. He adds that Chavani Chowbey always commits some fraud or the other in the accounts he maintains. After Krishna leaves, Pyaare Lal, who is one of the employees, receives Bihari's call. Bihari requests Pyaare Lal to renew the license of his shop. Pyaare Lal asks Bihari not to worry and run the shop without the license as his niece herself was the BDO. Saraswati prays to God for Krishna's well-being and prosperity. Bihari and Pinky meet Chavani Chowbey and ask him to create problems for Krishna in the office so that she resigns from the post. Chavani Chowbey refuses to help the duo. Pinky threatens Chavani Chowbey that Krishna would create problems for him, if she learnt about his frauds. Outside the office, Krishna sees some men playing cards. On enquiring with another employee, Mithilesh, Krishna learns that they were representatives of agents who bought commodities allotted to poor people, from the government at cheap prices and then sell it to the rich people. Krishna is left puzzled and questions Mithilesh who allowed the locals to sit in their office compound. Mithilesh informs Krishna that Pyaare Lal had given them the permission. A furious Krishna asks Mithilesh to summon Pyaare Lal to her cabin. Pyaare Lal tries to justify that the locals help the uneducated villagers to buy the commodities from the government. Krishna orders that she would not allow the locals to enter her office compound henceforth. Pyaare Lal gets shocked when Krishna asks him to tell the locals to leave. Krishna asks Mithilesh to show her all the files with regards to the complaints lodged by the villagers.
Mithilesh hands over the files to Krishna. Krishna asks Mithilesh to leave and states that she would call him after going through the files. At that time Pintu arrives at Krishna's office. Pintu has decided to start his own business and hands over his tender to Krishna. Pintu is confident that his tender would be approved. One of the representatives of agents asks Chavani Chowbey to help him purchase the commodities, allotted to poor people, without Krishna's knowledge. Chowbey informs the representative that Krishna was very strict and that she would never tolerate it. Chowbey gets worried that Krishna would never allow him to commit any fraud in the accounts. He therefore decides to create problems for Krishna so that she resigns. Pyaare Lal finds Chavani Chowbey tensed and tries to pacify him. Pyaare Lal believes that Krishna would not be able to continue her job for a long time. Meanwhile, the representatives protest against Krishna. Krishna does not pay heed to the representatives, instead asks them to leave as their way of earning money was inappropriate. The representatives get furious and advance towards Krishna. Pintu, who is about to leave the premises, stops to protect Krishna. To Krishna's surprise the localities who have come to the BDO office for various works come forward to protect her. The representatives accept defeat and leaves. A person visits Bihari's house and requests him to convince the new BDO Krishna Raj to issue him a license to run a shop. The person also tries to bribe Bihari to help him. Bihari gets furious and refuses to help the person. He also threatens to beat him up if he visits his house in future. Krishna confronts her driver, Mangal Singh, when he comes late to office. Mangal gives excuse that he was unwell and so could not come on time. Krishna warns him that he must apply for a leave in future. She adds that she would not tolerate his careless behavior again. Pintu waits waiting outside Krishna's office for her to leave fearing that the representatives may try to harm her. When Krishna leaves from the office, she heads towards her car. Before she sits inside the car, she looks at Pintu and shares a gaze.
