Zeeworld Fams: Tuesday On The Vow (285-287)

Everyone is busy with the arrangements for the religious ceremony on Sagar's birthday, and is surprised to see Hema grievously injured. Meanwhile, Vidya is about to leave in the evening, when Sindoora tells her that she wants to buy her saris and jewellery. Sindoora then places a transmitter in Vidya's phone to track her movements. Sindoora takes Vidya and Gayatri for shopping but Gayatri manages to divert Sindoora's attention and gestures Vidya to leave. Sindoora is pleased to see this and phones Balwant. He replies that he's tracking Vidya and she is still in the mall. Gayatri is triumphant as she recalls how she had managed to replace Vidya's phone. Sindoora calls Vidya's phone and is surprised to hear it ringing from Gayatri's bag. She gets suspicious and decides to keep an eye on Gayatri. They return home and when Gayatri sees Vidya, she deliberately asks Vidya where she got left behind, and also tells her that she had forgotten her phone at the shop. The next morning, the kitchen is sanctified with Holy Water by the priest. Gayatri informs everyone that there will be no meat or alcohol brought to the kitchen because the entire sanctification then will be rendered useless. Sindoora decides to put Gayatri to test. Meanwhile, Hema and Harish start searching Harsh's room for clues, and when he sees Harsh, he starts whistling to alert Hema but when Harsh opens the door, Hema gets pushed behind and she hurts herself again. Sindoora shows Sagar all the clothes that she has bought for him but he likes the one that Vidya has got. Sindoora asks him to change his taste soon but Gayatri reminds Sagar to heed his heart because it's his life. Sagar decides to wear the kurta given by Vidya. Vidya and Gayatri are happy. Sindoora vows to find out whether Gayatri is on her side or Vidya's!

Sindoora asks Gayatri whether she will be able to observe all the rites of the ceremony strictly. She reminds Gayatri that there are some people who repeatedly make mistakes and get forgiven by elders. Gayatri assures her that she will surely punish any person who disobeys this time in spite of her repeated reminders. A wicked Sindoora takes eggs and keeps them amongst the other items meant for the religious ceremony. She gives the basket to Vidya and asks her to keep it in the kitchen. Gayatri comes then to check the items in the basket but Sindoora tells her that there is a phone call for her. Vidya takes the basket and when Gayatri returns to say that there was no phone call, Sindoora replies that she has trapped Vidya once again! Gayatri is worried. Meanwhile, Rajiv is passing by when he sees Mahua crying. Rajiv holds her hand to read it and assures her that she has a bright future with someone special. Chandra witnesses this and feels jealous. On the other hand, when the offerings are being prepared in the kitchen, the cook is shocked when he sees eggs in the pan! The cook informs Gayatri that Vidya had brought it but Vidya says that Sindoora had given the basket to her. Sindoora gets furious and denies all the allegations. Gayatri at once realises Sindoora's ploy and also feels that Sindoora is testing her, so she puts on an act and slaps Vidya instead! Sindoora declares that because she desires for her brother's well-being Vidya will remain locked in her room and not attend the ceremony! Sagar and the entire family defend Vidya but Sindoora remains firm. Sindoora then warns Sagar to choose either Vidya or her to sit with him for the ceremony. Sagar remains quiet, so Vidya begs him to believe her. Sindoora drags Vidya in her room and warns her that she will surely compel Sagar to throw her out of the house also, and on the same day itself!

Gayatri apologises to Vidya and says that she had to slap her to prove to Sindoora that she was not on her side. Vidya expresses her helplessness at the way Sindoora was poisoning Sagar's mind against her. Gayatri promises her that, eventually, Sagar will belong to her. Vidya then informs her that she will go out in the evening even today. Gayatri agrees. Later, Gayatri is disappointed to see Hema and Harish guarding Vidya's room at Sindoora's behest. Sindoora locks Vidya's room from outside, so Sagar asks her why she was doing that. Sindoora takes Sagar to her room and tells him that Vidya leaves the house at 5 in the evening everyday. She then instigates Sagar against Vidya and says that she is not worthy of being his wife because she wants to destroy their home. Sindoora tells Sagar that it is time to divorce Vidya because he has the right to choose his life partner. She urges him to put forth his plea before the family during the ceremony because nobody will be able to refuse him on the auspicious day of his birthday. She says that she has even prepared the divorce papers and asks him to sign it. Aniket who is overhearing is all this is aghast. On the other hand, Sagar ponders over the matter and finally picks the divorce papers. Sindoora is extremely pleased.
