Barcelona midfielder Alex Song is on the verge of sealing a move to Turkish outfit Galatasaray, according to ´fotospor´.
The Cameroon international has reportedly reached an agreement with Galatasaray but must now wait for the deal to be ratified by Barca, where he is under contract until 2017.
The 28-year-old has spent the past two seasons on loan at West Ham United, yet struggled to cement a place in Slavan Bilic´s starting line-up last term and a third year with the Premier League club has been ruled out Song´s agent Darren Dein and the Turks´ director of football Cenk Ergun are understood to have settled on a three-year deal for the former Arsenal player, who will earn around €3.5m per season, while they are still hopeful the Catalans may be prepared to let him leave for free.
