The Go-Go's are back!
Singer Belinda Carlisle, guitarist Jane Wiedlin, multi-instrumentalist Charlotte Caffey and drummer Gina Schock reunited Sunday night, for a special performance at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards.
The '80s pop rock supergroup celebrated their the 35th anniversary of their smash hit "We Got the Beat," taking the stage from Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena in a glitzy glam-rock look for their high-spirited cover.
And get this – The Go-Go's are still the only all-female rock band that both wrote their own songs and played their own instruments to ever top the Billboard 200 albums chart.
The four members of the band's classic lineup will embark on a month-long farewell tour this summer to commemorate 38 years in the music industry. The tour kicks off Aug. 2 in Clearwater, Florida, and will play 18 dates throughout North America
