If there’s one thing Adam Sandler and Jimmy Fallon share, it’s a talent for parody songs.Fallon, of course, has perfected the art of impersonating musical legends like Neil Young, and “The Chanukah Song” counts among Sandler’s very best work.
So when Sandler stopped by The Tonight Show on Wednesday to promote his new Netflix movie The Do-Over, the two joined forces for a new track.
“I’ve Got Friends on All Bases” took Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places” and remade it for military members (who made up most of the show’s audience as part of Fleet Week).
Sample lines include Sandler celebrating the members’ party potential: “When the show’s through, just one thing left to do: Go out to the bars and get laid.”
