The model cum actor and comedian who is usually vocal on the social media on political matters, told True Nollywood Stories, TNS, in a recent chat that accessing Buhari’s first 10 months in office is in the affirmative.
He said, “I do not regret voting my Buhari.
“But I drove for about 3 hours today looking for fuel. Truth is, I am not impressed, but I also understand this is democracy so you can’t order anyhow.
“Already, people are saying #BringBackCorruption and that’s the mindset of a lot of Nigerians, but if you know your economics well, you would realise it could have been worse because change is a gradual process,” the 2011 Next Movie Star 1st runner up said.
Speaking further, Kukoyi said, “My grouse is the apparent seeming inefficiency in the communication gap between the Presidency and the people.
“Nigerians need to know what is going on, why it is going on, and for how long.
“For instance, the fuel queues are back and for about two weeks no one has ‘truthfully’ told us why we are here again, it portrays the Government as egoistic one that doesn’t give a damn.
“I also wish Buhari will speed things up.
“I wonder why some judges are still sitting on cases in this country when they should have been asked to resign and arrested. A judge has been allegedly mentioned to be bribed by two Senior Advocates of Nigeria, the lawyers have been arraigned, have you heard that the judge has been picked up?
“Immigration officers at the airport still seek bribe, same with the police and our Senators have refused to #OpenNASS still. Shame!
“But I am happy our soldiers are winning against Boko Haram and that our President is a sincere man with the will to lead. I love Buhari still,” the ‘Ifihan’ actor added.
