Bulbul gets stunned when she discovers that Pragya has a marriage proposal from Abhi. Simply then Pragya goes into the house and uncovers that she has rejected the proposal. Her mom hears this and gets frantic at Pragya. Seeing her mom's condition Pragya decides to do as her mom wants and decides to accept the marriage proposal. Pragya later gets amazed seeing the various amount of gifts Abhi's mom had sent for her as 'shagun'. Pragya's grandma requests that her wear a heavy gold necklace and show it to her mom Sarla.
Abhi goes into Pragya's home and is astounded to see her wearing a necklace given by his grandma. Pragya's mom Sarla meets Abhi and is exceptionally eager to see him. Later, when Purvi gets some kumkum the kumkum blows away because of the strong air from the fan and lands on Pragya and Abhi. Sarla gives Abhi some cash as the shagun. While reaching his car Abhi gives away the shagun cash to some roadside kids. Suresh's mom comes to think about Abhi's marriage proposal with Pragya and chides Pragya however, Bulbul gets furious and intervenes. Later Alia goes to Pragya's home with loads of gifts. While getting out of her car she requests that Suresh help her take the things inside. Suresh concurs. What will Sarla's response be the point at which she sees Suresh in her house?
