Photos: Thieves mobbed by priests, worshippers in Anambra

Two thieves were reportedly beaten by some mob after they were allegedly caught stealing a motorcycle from a church premises in Anambra state.

DAILY POST gathered that the incident happened on Tuesday morning during the 5:30 mass at Sacred Heart parish, Ukunu Eziora Ozubulu, Anambra state.
The suspects were caught while attempting to steal the motorcycle.

However, observers were shocked that the priest supported the mob action vented out on them and did nothing to stop them or alert the police.
One of the priests was even caught on camera holding a whip.
