Singer, Obinna Kelvin Anyanwu aka Waconzy, bit more than what he can chew over the weekend when he posted on his Instagram page that he had always had a sincere crush on celebrated blogger, Linda Ikeji just because Linda had posted that she’s under intense pressure from families and friends to get married.
Waconzy, who is one of her followers on the popular online platform took to his own page and expressed his love for her; showering her encomiums with a statement that she has been his sincere crush for years.In a vox pop by Celeb Police agent, Kosegbe Martins, on Waconzy’s post, fans of both celebrities tagged Waconzy the greatest of all gold diggers!
This they even said has nothing to do with their age difference (Linda is 3 years older than Waconzy) but, pure gold digging attempt.
Mike Irabomire said; you won’t blame Waconzy at all. He is also under pressure to marry and he would preferably settle down with a big fish like Linda Ikeji to save him the stress of monetary responsibilities.
Bamidele Joshua said; I don’t even know what to call him in English but he is simply a cheat. He is only after her money. Anyways, I will look for a better word when I get to office. I’m in traffic now.

Born on August 10, 1983 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, with family roots in Umuahia, Abia State, Waconzy, is a singer, songwriter and record producer.

This was so because, earlier in the week, Linda who will mark her 36th birthday in about a month time (September 19, 1980) had posted that she is under serious pressure to marry and even jokingly asked if there’s any market where she can buy one; “I don’t know how many of you single girls are under pressure to get married but I am. Pressure from family, friends and people who just can’t mind their business”.
Stressing on the huge pressure she gets from people around her, she said “The pressure is so intense right now I feel like going to husband market – if there is any such thing- to buy myself some breathing space.”
Born Linda Ifeoma Ikeji from Nkwerre, Imo State and raised in a Catholic family. She is the second child in a family of 5 children and has the tag of the highest paid blogger in Nigeria.
