Savita is depressed and some kids come to play Holi. Savita is unaware that chili powder is mixed in the color and she gives it away to the kids. Manav desires to play Holi with Savita and so he and Archana put color on their face and come to meet her. Savita recognizes Manav as soon as he touches her feet. Savita tells Manav that she wants to forget him as for him Archana is more important than her. The kids complain of burning sensation after playing Holi with the chili powder mixed color. All the parents reach at Manav's house and yell at Savita for her carelessness. Manav defends Savita but she admits her mistake.
The parents of all the kids complain about Savita's forgetfulness and tell Manav that Savita should not be staying in the chawl. Savita is in depression and hence she does not react to anything. Savita locks herself in the room. Satish tells Manav that they should seek a psychiatrist's help for Savita. Manav is dejected because of Savita's behavior and wants her to get back to normal. Sulochana and Manohar too are concerned about Savita's health. Savita goes to the market and asks for a vegetable but buys something. Archana who is also present in the market gets shocked on seeing this.
Savita keeps the cooker on the gas and forgets it. Savita gets injured as the cooker explodes. Savita is taken to a hospital and the doctor informs Manav that Savita is suffering from a psychological problem. Doctor tells Manav that if proper care is not taken of her she might go into depression. Manav is extremely dejected and holds himself responsible for Savita's condition. Archana suggests Manav a plan to bring Savita back to normal. Archana goes to stay at the Deshmukh house. Archana wants Savita to vent out her anger upon her and so she takes this decision. Savita gets furious on seeing Archana there.
