The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards will be held on August 28, 2016 at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan – the event which will be having Rihanna honoured with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
In light of this, rapper, Drake, who is rumoured to be secretly dating the singer, bought a giant billboard to congratulate her ahead of the show.
The billboard reads:
“Congratulations to Rihanna from Drake and Everyone at OVO.”
Rihanna saw it and replied on IG saying: When he extra !!!
The rumours that fly around that the pair are dating would explain why Drake went through such lengths just to congratulate her.
