Kris Jenner was involved in a car crash on Wednesday afternoon, PEOPLE can confirm.
While driving westbound on Calabasas Rd. in Calabasas, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch was involved in a two-car accident, Malibu/Lost Hills Lt. Ed Winslow told PEOPLE.
As 60-year-old Jenner, who was alone in the car, drove westbound on Calabasas Rd., a vehicle driving eastbound turned in front of the reality star in an attempt to get on the southbound 101 freeway.
In the process of the opposing vehicle turning onto the freeway, Jenner's white Rolls-Royce collided with the freeway-bound car.
Winslow told PEOPLE that officers received a call at 2:06 p.m. PST. No other details about the other vehicle and driver were available.
Kylie Jenner told her Twitter followers following the wreck that she "was not involved in the accident. Everything's ok" and said of her mother "She's okay!"
The 18-year-old also confirmed to her fans that she was not in vehicle and "rushed to the scene" to be with her mother.
