On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé learns that her ex Lamar Odom isn't trying to better himself following his scary near-fatal overdose.
The episode started off with Khloé, 32, discussing her anxiety over Odom with her best friend Malika Haqq. She revealed that Odom wants to go to a basketball training facility in Santa Barbara.
"Ever since coming back from Cuba, I've been so worried about Lamar," Khloé said. "I just want to keep him around positive people."
Even though Odom says he wants to go to the basketball camp, Khloé doesn't think he will follow through with it, because he hasn't made any effort to workout or train.
"I am so conflicted," she told the camera. "I want the best for Lamar, but with everything going on lately there's not a lot of trust there."
After gong back and forth about it, Khloé later finds out that Odom, 36, is "hanging out with bad guys again" after one of his friends called and broke the news to her.
"Nothing is going to wake him up, that's just the way it is," Khloé said to the friend. "This is Lamar."
When Khloé is hanging out with her sisters Kim and Kourtney, she expressed to them that Odom is fighting demons and she's upset that there's nothing she can do to help him.
"I'll go over there and talk to him or have Kanye talk to him," Kim, 35, volunteered. "Maybe you shouldn't put so much energy into it. You can't baby him or be his mom."
"It feels so good to let it go," Koutney added, "but at the same time, you don't want this person to die."
"Everyone wants to see Lamar do well and succeed at life," Khloé said in her interview. "Everyone was rooting for Lamar, except him."
Both of her sisters feel that Khloé has tried her best to protect Odom, but there's only so much that she can do.
"When it comes to Lamar, Khloé has given everything and tried everything," Kourtney said in her interview. "There's only so much that she can do."
Meanwhile, Blac Chyna has created her own line of Emojis, which caused a bit of a problem within the family after one of the "Chymojis" resembled Kylie Jenner. It was an Emoji with similar beauty features to the youngest Jenner and it had the Emoji in question getting slapped by a hand.
Kourtney, 37, freaked out after seeing it online and called Rob to tell him off. He ultimately tried denying it was their younger sister in the Chymojis and in turn accused his family of not supporting Chyna and his relationship.
Over at Kylie's house, Khloé addressed to Chymoji situation with her in person, but she didn't seem too phased by the drama.
"There's so much misunderstanding going," Kylie, 19, told the camera. "I don't think the Emojis are of me. "
Later, Kim gets involved in the Chymoji mess and when she meets up with Kourtney to discuss the issues, she sides with Rob.
"I think we all need to get over it," Kim told her older sister. "I want to get you guys on the phone so we can have not any kind of drama."
Later, Kim invited Rob, 29, over to discuss all of the drama and decided that the pair should call Kourtney in order to settle their family issues.
"Talk to me normally and calmly," Rob told Kourtney on the phone. "I don't scream at you guys."
"That's what siblings do and then we make up two seconds later," Kourtney responded.
At the end of the show, they all worked it out and Rob forgave his older sister for overreacting.
"I'm excited for this new chapter in your life," Kourtney told him, "and [for you] to join club Kourtney and Kim."
