Roshni gets energized when her mom Informs her that her meeting with Siddharth's Parents had gone well and requests that they go ahead with the Engagement Preparations. Roshni does not understand that her mom is deceiving her and is playing a cleverness trap alongside Krrish. Later, Siddharth goes to Roshni's space to meet her Secretly. Following day, Durgadevi calls Siddharth's home and insults them by talking about their neediness. Later, Durgadevi by one means or another makes Roshni question on Siddharth and her folks and makes her trust that they are requesting Dowry. At first Roshni does not trust that Siddharth's Parents are requesting any Dowry yet later she sees a rundown of merchandise and accept that it is a rundown of things asked by Siddharth's Family as dowry.

Roshni goes to Prashanth's home and when Siddharth understands this he and his Parents instantly hurry to Prashanth's home to go about as a working class family. Roshni yells at Siddharth and blames him and his Parents for requesting endowment from her mom and gives her a rundown she found in her home.
