Vidya prays earnestly to Lord Shambhunath for her husband's life. The next morning, Sindoora tells Sagar he has to sign some important papers and attend a meeting too. Vidya begs him not go but he reassures her.Sindoora then phones Balwant to inform him that Sagar will be leaving for office soon. During breakfast, a man is repairing the fans at home, so Sindoora asks him to attend to it later. Sagar receives a call and Vidya sees the fan falling, so she pushes Sagar away and hurts herself. Vidya warns Sagar that he cannot go anywhere but he asserts that he must. Vidya tries to buy time by insisting that she'll prepare `kheer' so that everything would go in his favour. Meanwhile, Harsh requests Mahua to give him one chance to prove that what they feel for each other is not amoral but she slaps him. Vidya requests Cheenu and Bharat to somehow stop Sagar from going to office. When Sagar is leaving for office, everyone tries their best to delay Sagar. Finally, the manager turns up at home and gives the papers to Sagar to sign. He says that Vidya had called him. However, Sagar tells Vidya that he has to attend the meeting, so Vidya replies that she has invited his clients for dinner and he could hold his meeting at home. Sindoora tells Balwant that the plan is cancelled. She then says that although Vidya managed to save Sagar, she still had two days more!
Vidya prepares pasta for Sagar's American clients with the help of a recipe book. Sagar is impressed and thanks her for always being by his side. Sagar affectionately tells her that she is very stubborn because she stopped him from going. Vidya replies that the guru's prophecy is terrifying her, so Sagar wipes her tears. Sindoora informs Vidya that the clients will not be coming for dinner and will have the meeting next morning in office. Sindoora is confident that she will surely succeed in her mission next day. Sagar requests Vidya to allow him to do his work, so she relents. The next morning, Sindoora informs Sagar that the meeting must take place because the American delegates were returning later at night. Uma asks Sindoora and Chandra to remain at home because Vidya was going to hold a religious ceremony for married women the next day. On the other hand, Bharat informs Sagar that Vidya has high fever. The doctor examines her and advises Sagar to tend to her the entire day. Sindoora realises Vidya's ploy and informs Sagar that the deal will go out of their hands if he does not attend the meeting. Sagar speaks to Vidya alone and convinces her that he must go to office. Vidya tells Cheenu that she has left everything on God. Sindoora phones Balwant to inform him that Sagar will be leaving soon.
Sindoora sees Vidya getting worried about Sagar, so she asks him what she'll do when he is no more! She tactfully changes her interpretation when Vidya asks her what she meant. Sindoora phones Sagar so that Vidya can speak to him for one last time but she's taken aback when she sees Sagar in the room. Vidya is thrilled. Sagar tells her that he was just not able to go and apologises to Sindoora for cancelling the meeting. Sindoora assures him that she'll deal with the clients. Sagar tells Vidya that Sindoora didn't even get upset with him. Sindoora goes to her room and gets agitated that Vidya had ruined her plan even on the second day. She vows that the next day will surely be Sagar's last day! Meanwhile, Rajiv asks Bharat to force everyone to play a game of `Antakshri' where everyone sings a song. When Rajiv begins to sing, Mahua walks away. Vidya voices her concern to Gayatri that Sindoora certainly has some ploy in mind. Gayatri advises her to ask Sagar not to leave home. Sindoora makes all the arrangement for Vidya's religious ceremony next morning but Vidya gets suspicious. Vidya tells Sagar that she just does not feel like leaving him alone next day for the temple but says that she must because she needs the blessings of the Gods for him. Vidya asks him to promise her that he will listen to whatever she says the following day. The next morning, Mahua too gets ready to go to the temple, so Chandra asks Sindoora how Mahua can accompany them because Mahua is a divorcee. Mahua is very hurt. Meanwhile, Vidya draws a line near the door of their room and asks Sagar not to overstep it till she returns. Sagar agrees. However, Sindoora vows that nothing that Vidya does today could save Sagar!.
