Sagar is delighted hearing the news. The family is thrilled, and even Sindoora congratulates Sagar and Vidya. Sindoora wonders how this happened. Sagar wants to celebrate with everyone, but Vidya cautions him not to reveal to anybody for 3 months. Uma informs Aniket about the good news, so Aniket raises his hand to bless Vidya. Later, Sindoora tells Aniket that if the family gets an heir, then all her plans will be ruined. Aniket is worried what Sindoora has planned for the unborn baby and how he can protect it. Meanwhile, Sagar plans to surprise Vidya with his shopping when he meets Sindoora who says that they share a lovely relationship. Sindoora then slyly says that it saddens her that their relationship is changing because his priorities have changed, now that he is married and will also be a father soon. She complains that he does not confide in his sister any more but he assures her that he has not changed. Sindoora then asks him when he got intimate with Vidya, so he narrates everything what had happened between them during that night of passion. Sagar says that if he had lost Vidya, it would have been his life's greatest mistake. Sindoora is not too pleased. Later, Sindoora comes to Vidya's room to give the offering of the previous day. Vidya shrewdly takes the bowl from Sindoora and asks Sindoora to have the offering first. Will Sindoora have it?
Sindoora has the offering that Vidya gives, and smiles. Meanwhile, Aniket tries hard to write. Sindoora then comes to his room and throws away the faulty tablets that she used to give him. She promises to herself that Aniket will regret having recovered! Aniket wonders what Sindoora's ploy is in making him all right because she knows that he will expose her. On the other hand, Sagar gifts Vidya a sari and asks her to wear it. He tells Vidya that he's the happiest and luckiest man in the world, and thanks her. Sagar promises never to leave her and asks her to always bare her problems to him. Vidya feels terrible. The next morning, Vidya is amused as well as touched when Sagar brings her a gourmet breakfast. Meanwhile, Rajiv writes a letter to Mahua and asks Bharat to give it to her. However, Hema takes it from Bharat. Meanwhile, Sindoora overhears Sagar expressing shock over Balwant's death. Sindoora is relieved!
Sagar is unhappy hearing the news about Balwant's death in the lock-up. He informs Sindoora about it and says that Vidya must not hear about it. Sagar then tells her that they must hire a private detective and find out who was behind the attack on him. Sindoora is worried. On the other hand, Vidya voices her worries about Sindoora to Gayatri but she urges Vidya to be strong and not let Sindoora succeed in her ploys to ruin Sagar's and her relationship. Later in the day, Rajiv tells Mahua that he will wait for her at 8 in the terrace. Meanwhile, Aniket keeps practising lifting his hands, and Sindoora watches this. Sindoora tells him that she has hired a nurse who will tend to him 24 hours a day. Aniket wonders why Sindoora is helping him. On the other hand, Sindoora thinks to herself that Aniket can't even imagine the plan she has in mind for him! The next morning, Sagar asks Vidya to get ready for a sonography. Vidya and Gayatri are taken aback. An inconsolable Vidya asks Gayatri what will happen when Sagar will learn that there is no baby! Gayatri reminds her that she is using deceit only for Sagar's well-being and to protect him. Gayatri says that they will expose Sindoora when Sagar gets emotionally closer to Vidya because of the baby. Meanwhile, Sagar tells Sindoora that he is very excited and asks her to accompany them. Sindoora plays the sympathy card again and says that it's Vidya's and his special moment. However, Gayatri asks everybody to accompany them but their driver is not available, so Gayatri asks Sindoora to come with the family later, while Sagar, Vidya and she go to the doctor.
