Vidya decides to tell the truth to the gynaecologist and prays to God to help her. Just then a woman in intense pain arrives inside the cabin, and the gynaecologist assumes that Vidya has come with the lady. Vidya is relieved. The doctor assures Sindoora that Vidya and the baby are fine. Sindoora is surprised, while Gayatri is shocked. At home, Gayatri cautions Vidya about Sindoora's suspicion and alerts her that her next target will be the baby, which in turn will mean herself. Meanwhile, Aniket tries to eat food using his own hand. Seeing Sindoora, he drops the spoon. However, Sindoora knows that Aniket is only pretending to be unwell! Meanwhile, Rajiv tries to explain to Mahua that he had not called Chandra to the terrace but Mahua says that she wants no justification. Mahua even gifts Chandra a sari. Harsh walks away dejected. Meanwhile, Vidya gets a catch on her waist and Sagar comes out of the bathroom to tend to her. They share light, affectionate moments. Sindoora comes to the room then and asks Vidya to rest. Sindoora even removes Vidya's sandals while putting her to bed. Sindoora says to herself that she must do this in order to win over Sagar again! Sindoora suggests that they call a doctor for vidya's pain but Gayatri assures Sindoora that she'll massage Vidya and give her herbal concoction. Bharat goes to the kitchen and asks for cola from Sindoora but she refuses. Sindoora prepares a concoction and adds poisonous herbal seeds for Vidya so that she has a miscarriage! Sindoora asks Shalu to give Vidya the concoction and inform her that Gayatri has given it for her. On the other hand, Vidya decides to make arrangements for the prayers. Shalu leaves the glass in Vidya's room and goes away. Sindoora sees Gayatri going towards Vidya's room, but she requests Gayatri to tend to the kitchen. Gayatri sees the poisonous seeds strewn in the kitchen, so the cook informs her that Sindoora was in the kitchen earlier.
Sindoora decides to see the effect of the poisonous seeds on Vidya. Bharat goes to Vidya's room and mistakes the concoction meant for Vidya to be cola. He asks Vidya whether he can drink it, so Vidya permits him. A stunned Sindoora takes the glass and throws the concoction out just in time! She yells at Bharat for not heeding her. When Vidya tries to intervene, Sindoora asks her not to interfere. Later, Gayatri informs Vidya that the glass had poisonous seeds. Vidya suggests that they complain to Sagar about it but Gayatri reminds her that Sindoora had thrown away the contents. Vidya says that she's happy about Sindoora diverting her attention from Sagar to her. On the other hand, Sindoora removes her frustration on Aniket's hand and he winces in pain. She then bends his fingers behind to test him but he remains unmoved. Meanwhile, Rajiv tells Mahua that they must find a way to get out of the mess but she replies that the only way out is to stay away from each other. When Chandra comes to the room, Mahua gives the premier tickets of a film for Harsh and her. Shalu tries to dress and behave like Vidya. However, Hema warns her to stay away from Cheenu and orders her to stay in her room. Meanwhile, Sindoora sees Vidya praying to God and the lamps lit nearby. She decides to slyly set Vidya's sari on fire. Sindoora gets the lamp near Vidya while she prays with her eyes shut. However, she opens her eyes and warns Sindoora that her defeat is imminent and she will be exposed soon! Vidya reminds her that even if she succeeds, the wealth will never be hers because the inheritance belongs to her child now! Sindoora decides that she must finish off Vidya soon or her plans will be foiled.
Sagar tells everyone that he wants a daughter and has even decided on a name. Meanwhile, Cheenu takes Shalu inside their room but Hema pulls her aside and falls. Cheenu yanks Shalu then and goes inside the room. On the other hand, in the dead of the night, Rajiv decides to meet Mahua but is surprised to see Chandra in Mahua's bed. Chandra wakes up and takes him back to their room. Rajiv comes again to Mahua's room and demands an explanation for tormenting him. He threatens to speak the truth to Sagar, irrespective of the outcome. The next morning at breakfast, Sagar gets a call and he gets anxious. Sindoora offers to serve fruit salad to Vidya but Shalu manages to alert Vidya that the salad contains papaya. Sindoora is annoyed! Cheenu informs Sagar that Sindoora had given papaya to Vidya. Sagar yells at Sindoora and demands to know how she could have committed a blunder like this! Sagar tells Vidya that he will take care of what she eats. Vidya and Gayatri are pleased. Gayatri tells Vidya that Sindoora will not reign long in the house because Sindoora has fallen a little in his eyes. Later, Sindoora apologises to Sagar but he replies that he was indeed very rude. Sindoora then asks him about the phone call he had got earlier. Sindoora is stunned when Sagar says that he has found a lead about his accident. He informs her that Vidya was right about someone wanting to kill him. Sindoora is worried. Meanwhile, she places a bowl of hot soup near Aniket and leaves. Sindoora watches him pick it and place it away from him. Sindoora is relieved that Aniket will take care of the past that haunts her but says that she must now think of Vidya's baby.
