Tema based female rapper, Tiffany says, she was hurt by the decision of her former management label, Off Da Ground headed by Fuse ODG to cancel her deal with them during the former’s sex tape leakage saga.

“I felt hurt by Fuse ODG’s decision to cancel the deal considering the fact that besides the Azonto and Spanner singles which we dropped together; we were almost like brother and sister.

“He was aware of the type of guy my ex was, and all the things he was capable of doing, so I expected him to at least put in a word or two for me. In fact, I least expected them to back out of the deal. I was heartbroken,” she said in an interview with Showbiz.

The diva said the experience has made her stronger as a person and as a woman and has also made her wary of fair weather friends who deserted her at the point when she needed them most.

“I have learnt to be careful about the people I surround myself with. There were people I considered as friends who were nowhere to be found when I was in trouble.

However, the moment the situation started coming back to normal, they surfaced and tried to re-establish the friendship, she said.

Itz Tifanny, real name Tiffany Owusu, added that inspite of the crisis, her music career had picked up significantly.

She said although she was not in Ghana to promote the singles she dropped while recovering from the scandal, her fans still showed her love and still kept faith with her throughout the period.

“After the scandal, I dropped a couple of singles, namely, Forgive Them and Sagaa which featured Joey B. Despite not being in the country for very brief periods and not doing any interviews and promos, my fans still showed massive support for my work,” she said.
