75-year former Santos star and Brazilian soccer icon, Pele tied the knot for the third time with his girlfriend of six years at a small ceremony in Sao Paulo on Saturday evening.
Pele and his lady love, Marcia Cibele Aoki said their vows to each other in the coastal town of Guaruja, Brazil.
The lovebirds should have gotten married two years ago, but they had to put the ceremony on hold due to Pele having a series of health problems.
The Brazil all-time leading goalscorer first met the 50 year-old at a party in New York in the 1980s. They became officially an item after bumping into each other in a lift in a Sao Paulo apartment block that they both lived in.
