On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kendalland Kris Jenner head to Rome for the first time together, but paparazzi wind up ruining their day after they were spotted.When they return home, Kylie, 18, Khloé and Kendall, 20, decide to go all out and get prosthetics in order to go out in public and not get recognized by the paparazzi.
The three girls get fitted with face molds, bodysuits, fake tattoos and wigs. Khloé, 31, decides to get an entire mold of her face in order to go "undercover" as a senior citizen named Dolores (aka, "Dottie"), while her younger sisters took a more subtle approach.
After getting all "glammed", the sisters decide to go on a Hollywood tour bus to find out what guides say about their family. Sadly, as soon as they stepped out of their rental car, paparazzi were there with their cameras. Kendall didn't take it well and told her sisters that she's done and wants to go home – but they still went ahead with their plans.
While aboard the tour bus, all three of the sisters have a blast and decide to Snapchat the entire experience before photos leak online. When fans and more paparazzi spot them, they jumped off the tour bus and escape onto the Beverly Hills Hotel property.
"I am so happy Khloé did this with us," Kylie said. "She made this such a fun experience."
Also during this episode, things got a little heated between Khloé and Scott Disick.
While working out together, Khloé opens up to Kourtney and told her how much she misses hanging out with Disick.
"This is a complicated situation, Scott needs reassurance to feel love and apart of our family, but I need to be respectful of Kourtney's feelings," Khloé told the camera. So, the family invites him over for a major event.
During the Kardashians' annual Armenian birthday party for the late Robert Kardashian, Khloé tried to talk with Disick during dinner, but he was a man of few words and wound up walking away from the table. Khloé took it to heart and got upset over his "negative attitude" towards the family.
