Deputy Communications Director of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Solomon Nkansah has descended heavily on the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its presidential candidate, for what he describes as hypocritical posture when it comes to issues of corruption.
According to him, it was under the administration of the elephant family that corruption was rife at Ghana Post, Ghana Telecom and other state institution which they sold after running them down.

He opined that, Nana Addo has no integrity to accuse President Mahama of being corrupt, since he [Nana Addo] was part of the looting brigade presided over by former President Kufour.
Solomon Nkansah explained, the NPP tampered with valuable evidence to enable the state prosecute their corrupt officials for various acts of corruption in their administration.
The thievery, criminality in the administration of the largest opposition party is unprecedented, he stated.
He further accused Nana Addo of selling Ghana's Discovery 511 because of a kick he benefited from.
The outspoken member of the NDC told the host that, Nana Addo at a time he faced financial crisis had some of the persons he sold the Discovery to purchase a family land which currently houses the SG Bank Headquarters, at the Ring Road.
He asked Nana Addo to bury his face in shame for referring to President Mahama as corrupt since he has no integrity or locus to make such ridiculous claims.
President Mahama he stated has fought corruption head on than any government including the mass corrupt party, NPP who are deceiving the electorate to run the nation down again.
"Nana wants Ghanaians to vote for him to manage this country but he has no integrity,. He claims he is an incorruptible leader; this is deceptive and i want to tell Ghanaians to threat Nana's claim with the contempt it deserves. Nana Addo and the NPP are corrupt and do not mean well for Ghanaians."
Solomon Nkansah advised Nana Addo to keep mute over issues relating to corruption since he is buried in it and has presided over corruption when NPP ruled the nation.
