Miss Africa Continent takes crown to Church on Sunday

 

 
Miss Africa Continent, Rebecca Asamoah, was in Church on Sunday to give special thanks to God after winning the inaugural Africa pageant in South Africa.

She was accompanied by Miss Ghana 2015, Antoinette Delali Kemavor, Miss Ghana first runner up, Afua Asieduwaa Akrofi, Miss Ghana team headed by Inna Patty and her family to the Pure Fire Miracles Church at West Legon in Accra, where they sung praises, dance and prayed to thank God for making it possible.

Pastor (DR.) Enoch Aminu prayed for the all three queens and the Miss Ghana team.

He prayed God to let Delali and Afua who will also be representing Ghana at Miss World & Miss ECOWAS events also return home as winners.

24-year-old, Rebecca who is also Miss Ghana 2015 second runner up, was crowned Miss Africa Continent after beating 11 finalists drawn from an original list of 40 contestants from across the continent at the inaugural pageant at Johannesburg's Gold Reef City casino on Saturday April 30.

After her came Zambian contestant, Michelo Malambo and South Africa's Jemimah Kandimiri who placed second and third respectively.

Rebecca returned home last week Wednesday morning and decided to go to church on Sunday to say thanks to Go
