Ivory Coast, the world's biggest cocoa exporter has just overtaken India to become the world's biggest exporter of cashew nuts, too. President Alassane Ouattara has an even bigger vision - to have 100% of the nuts processed inside the country by 2020, which would mean more jobs and money flowing into the economy.
