A new teenage heart-throb is born! Celine Dion’s son Rene Charles Angelil showed up on stage to present his mom with an award at the BBMAs, and the Twittersphere went wild about what a handsome young man her 15-year-old has grown into.
It’s probably not the right time to be calling a new hottie alert when Celine Dion, 48, was weeping accepting the Billboard Icon Award in a surprise presentation from eldest son Rene Charles Angelil, 15. But the internet just couldn’t help noting with shock at how incredibly good looking her teenage son is!
Seal surprised her by having a “special guest” present Celine her Icon trophy after a standout performance of Queen’s “The Show Must Go On.” She was clearly shocked as Rene Charles came onstage holding the award, bringing tears of pride to her eyes.
She said, “I want to be so strong for my family and my kids, and I don’t want to cry in front of you,” directly to her eldest son before asking, “Would you like to stand next to me?” Of course, the chivalrous son agreed to stand by her side as she delivered her emotional acceptance speech.
