Announcing the date in Abuja, Yankee who is the Managing owner of The Bank Club, said May 1st has been considered the most suitable date for the event and has, therefore, been fixed for the show.
According to Yankee, workers and businessmen who have been facing the challenges of the new harsh realities of fuel scarcity and economic downturn will have a reason to downplay same through some comical presentations and equally re-strategize through the lessons of the night as every comedy show comes with a suiting theme.
Announcing the artist that will be on parade for the night, the entertainment guru said, ‘’all arrangements have been made to have Lil – Kesh heating up the stage amid great comedians including Helen Paul, Funny Bone, Accapella, Seyi Law, Buchi and Chuks-D-General.’’
He also said that Emmanuella, a young comedian, will make a special appearance at the show which will be holding at the ThisDay Dome.
