Nigerian singer, Dbanj has reportedly been dragged to court over alleged N100 million debt.

According to Pulse,
“Dbanj has been sued by a technology company, MindHub for owing over N100,000,000 naira.
Report has it that the singer signed a memorandum of understanding with the technology company on October 19, 2012, for the promotion of a concert organized by his media house, D’Kings Men Media LTD.
Mindhub invested the sum of $500k and N20 million for the organisation concerts.
D’Kings Men failed to commit to the part of their agreement and the company asked the singer to pay back.
Mindhub reached out to Bangalee for repayment, and the singer paid only $260,000 and N8,600,000 leaving an outstanding sum of $240,000 and N6,400,000.
Bangalee issued two different checks to the Vice Chairman of the company, Henry Ojogho, unfortunately, Henry couldn’t get the money due to insufficient funds in the singer’s account.
The issue is currently before Justice Oyenbanjo of the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Division and would be due for hearing on December 9, 2016.”
